How long before I get my product? Sold out items Most of our items are shipped direct from the local distributor warehouse to you. It can happen that products you order get sold out at the warehouse before they get allocated to you in which case we will refund you for the item value or give you store credit so that you can get something else. Quality Assurance If an item has any factory defect, our suppliers will accept return, exchange or refund for the customer according to their terms.
